Agile vs. RUP ? A Controlled Experiment hosted by the ASPIN board members

Overview:
Everyone knows that the closer your customer is to your developers, the higher will be the quality of the product. Agile methodologies (e.g. eXtreme Programming, SCRUM) takes this principle to the logical extreme, attempting a complete fusion between the customer and the developers.

Will an Agile approach hold up when the customer cannot devote full attention to the team?

This meeting will involve multiple teams executing on a mock development project to uncover insights and mechanisms around traditional and agile approaches. Participants will learn first-hand about process alternatives, customer interaction, and project impact.

This hands-on tutorial will be hosted and facilitated by the ASPIN board members.
